Frequently asked questions.

Can't find what you're after? Just call 0416 166 836 — happy to talk it through.

What's included in a standard service?

Skimming, emptying skimmer/pump baskets, brushing walls and tiles, vacuuming, a backwash/filter check, and a full water test with chemicals balanced on the spot. See the full breakdown on our pricing section.

Do I need to supply my own chemicals?

No — chemicals are included and dosed by us as part of every visit. You'll never need to guess what to add or how much.

How often should my pool be serviced?

Most Gold Coast pools do best on a weekly visit, especially near trees or with heavy use. Lower-use, well-shaded pools can sometimes get away with fortnightly. We'll recommend a schedule after taking a look at your pool.

My pool has turned green — can you fix it?

Yes, this is one of our most common jobs. Most pools come back to swimmable within 2–4 days of starting treatment. Read more on our green pool recovery blog post.

What areas do you service?

We cover everywhere from Northern NSW (Tweed Heads and surrounds) right through to the Northern Gold Coast, plus the hinterland in between. See the full list on our service area page — and if you're not sure, just call and ask.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

Light rain doesn't stop us — we'll still turn up. For genuinely unsafe weather (storms, lightning), we'll reschedule to the next available day and let you know.

Can you service strata, holiday lets or commercial pools?

Yes — we work with body corporates, holiday letting managers, motels and gyms, with flexible scheduling and proper service reporting. Get in touch for a custom quote.

Do you repair pool pumps and equipment?

Yes — pumps, filters, salt chlorinators and heat pumps. We'll always give you an honest opinion on repair vs. replace. See our equipment page.

How do I get a quote?

Call 0416 166 836 or fill out the form on our contact page — we'll get back to you quickly with pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer or card — whatever's easiest for you. Payment is due on the day of service unless we've agreed otherwise.

Still have a question?

We're easy to reach — call, text or send a message.
